This mattress is a foam mattress with a pillow top for increased comfort. It is a large mattress which is very thick. The Twin is 11 inches thick, and the California King is a whopping 18 inches thick, with all the other sizes in between.
The foam is what Ultimate Dreams are calling Tri-Zone. This has been designed to offer the required support to the different areas of the body, i.e Neck, Lumbar, and Leg. As well as great support this design reduces any motion transfer between sleeping individuals. The first reports are very good, and that this design works well.
To enhance the comfort of the foam base this mattress has a pillow top. This contours and holds the body. It is said to be “not too soft”, but improve the feel of the foam. It makes the bed firm but soft at the same time. All current owners are saying how comfortable the bed is.

I just received this mattress today it was easy to open, and puffed up right away after removing the plastic its good for an extra bed, it is comfortable, it may be too soft for some people, But remember it is a foam mattress, not a coil, so it would be softer, it is worth the price & its made in the USA that is a plus!
My husband and I really love this mattress. It is firm and soft at the same time. We are both larger people and both sleep comfortably on a queen size. Very good product. Two thumbs up. 🙂
